Pedals4PSS @ Birmingham and Midlands Velo 100

The wonderful Dan Hartley has set himself an amazing year of challenges to raise funds for Pregnancy Sickness Support (Hyperemesis) UK as part of his fundraiser ‘Pedals4PSS

He will be taking on a number of different cycling challenges across the country - on May 12th he completed the Velo Birmingham and Midlands 100 mile course!

"It was an amazing experience and a fantastic route, taking some of the Midland’s amazing scenery and facing some of the hidden, sneaky hills the area has to offer. Vélo Birmingham & Midlands arranged and operated an incredible day. Thank you, Pregnancy Sickness Support (Hyperemesis) UK, for the opportunity to take part in this ride."

"A reminder that offers support, guidance and advice to sufferers of severe pregnancy sickness. Suffering comes in many different forms but all sufferers are united in a sense of missing out on normal life, a sense of anger that they can't enjoy their pregnancy and confusion about the contrasting advice. As the summer approaches and we start enjoying the better weather, it can be very difficult emotionally for someone suffering from hyperemesis, stuck in bed imagining the fun they should be having. If you know anyone suffering from any illness give them a thought and maybe drop them a line to let them know you're thinking of them."

You can still show you support to Dan (and his son Leo who will be riding with him at the August RideLondon46 too!) by clicking here: Pedals4PSS

A massive well done and thank you to Dan for your amazing ongoing efforts fundraising for Pregnancy Sickness Support!
